What is your company's shipping policy?

When shipping within the 48 contiguous states, FedEx 3 Day Express will be used as the default method. Upgrades to shipping are possible. Select the method you wish during checkout. Please note that our company cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We cannot ship any product via air service to APO/FPO addresses. International Shipping Is Available Please contact customer service Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm PST for a quote. Please be aware that customers will be responsible for all duty and import taxes.

Other important shipping information:

Packages are shipped Monday through Thursday. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. Please note as the JetBed is a custom product, if your JetBed is not in stock we will need to build it. Please allow additional time for the manufacturing process. We will do everything we can to ensure to inform you of any back order quickly. We will also inform you of an estimated time for delivery.

Express deliveries will be between Monday through Friday, holidays, or any day that FedEx is closed. Weather conditions, world, national, or local events may cause unexpected changes to delivery schedules without notice.

Next Day and 2 Day Air within the contiguous 48 is guaranteed delivery (business days only – does not include Saturday or Sunday) with the exception of weather delays or world, national, or local events affecting the delivery area. Next Day or 2 Day Air to AK, HI, or Puerto Rico is not guaranteed.

Express service is delivered Monday through Friday.

Two weeks prior to Christmas, no delivery times are guaranteed. This includes Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day services.

I live outside the contiguous 48 states. What about shipping there? And how much?

If you live in AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Guam, the USVI or have an APO/FPO box, Please call or email for a shipping quote (be sure to provide your ZIP code in your email). Please note, shipping times to these locations may be extended.

Is there a service charge to process my order?

Yes, there will be a 3% service charge when processing your order with a credit card.

I'm having trouble installing or using my Jet-Bed Products. How do I get more information?

What is your return policy?

Please call our Customer Service Department at 858-530-0032 or email us at customerservice@jet-bed.com Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm PST to obtain a return authorization number. Your return authorization number is valid for a period of 30 days from the date you received your order. Any returns without a valid return authorization number will be refused. Please write the return authorization number below our return address on the outside of the box. Of course, all products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box. Shipping must be prepaid by the customer on all returns. Refund will be given on merchandise returned, less shipping & packaging. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

NOTE: Due to the custom nature of the JetBed a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
